About Studio Bask

I created Studio Bask as a space to return—to rhythm, to breath, to strength that begins from within.

My journey began in classical Pilates studios, where I fell in love with the precision and poetry of alignment. As my work deepened, so did my understanding that true strength isn’t just physical—it’s energetic, emotional, and deeply personal. I became a NASM-certified personal trainer, and later studied sound healing and Reiki, drawn to the subtle ways our bodies store, express, and transform energy.

Over time, my movement practice evolved into something more ritualistic—slower, richer, more rooted. I wanted to offer my clients not just a workout, but a space to feel seen. A space that honors rest as much as resistance, and centers alignment not just in the spine, but in life.

Bask was born from that vision. What started as 1:1 training soon expanded into intimate retreats for women, each one a container for movement, growth, and connection. Today, Bask exists as a studio, a ritual, and a return—a place for those seeking deeper presence in their practice and in themselves.

Whether through private sessions or desert retreats, I’m here to help you bask in your body, and build strength that lasts.
